 SyncPak assigns subscribers to the SyncPak Event Publishing System unique SyncPak "Modules" that your organization can distribute to customers, employees or whomever you wish to receive your event updates.
Users who install your company's Module get all of the software necessary to receive your event updates in their Microsoft® Outlook® calendar or appropriate handheld device.
(NOTE: Users are required to have MS Outlook installed on their PC. MS Outlook EXPRESS® does not have a calendar feature, so it cannot recieve event updates from SyncPak.)
Once your Module is assigned, you simply log-in to the SyncPak Event Update form to enter the event information that you want to distribute including time, date, notes, contact information, etc.
Once you've entered the information, you simply "publish" your event to the SyncPak servers where it is immediately distributed to everyone who's installed your SyncPak Module on their PC or handheld device.
An icon in your targets' Windows® System tray indicates that an event update has been detected, and the user can click to recieve the event update. The event is sent directly to your targets' MS Outlook calendar where it becomes a part of their daily schedule!
If your target uses a handheld PDA like Palm® or Blackberry®, all they have do is use their native HotSync utility, and the event update goes to their device calendar. And if they use a Pocket PC with an 802.11 connection, LAN, Modem or Bluetooth®, the event will automatically show up in their Pocket PC calendar!
